We have developed the training bench especially for exercises to strengthen the lower back muscles, for push-ups and for exercises to lift the upper body. During the construction, we made sure that the core trainer meets the requirements of any ambitious workout. In addition, high-quality materials and a stylish design, ensure that the training bench will give you years of pleasure.
Push-up handles
This core trainer allows you to do push-ups in a way that is easy on the joints. While normally the knees are strained on a hard surface when doing push-ups, the soft surface of the core trainer provides maximum relief for the knees and wrists. Lean on the ergonomically shaped handlebar grips for these efficient strength exercises and increase your training workload day after day.
Abdominal and back trainer with height-adjustable hip and leg support
Adjust the hip support perfectly to your body size: A 5-step adjustment allows for optimal support point customization and ensures that both abdominal training and back-extending exercises are performed without risk of injury. Adjusting the support point is done in a few simple steps: just pull out the profile and turn it to the most comfortable position for you. If you use the abdominal trainer as a back stretching device, you will notice after a short time that back pain disappears after a long day at the office.
