Modular Design
Four Tiles, One Flexible Training Surface
Each set consists of four interlocking tiles measuring 61 x 61 cm. Once assembled, the four mats cover an area of approximately 122 x 122 cm.
The interlocking edges allow the individual tiles to connect securely, while the supplied edge pieces provide a cleaner finish around the outside of the mat area.
Floor Protection
A Protective Layer Between Equipment and Floor
Use the mats underneath racks, benches, dumbbells and other fitness equipment to create a protective layer between your training equipment and the floor.
The EVA foam helps reduce direct pressure on the underlying surface and can help limit scratches and other everyday wear associated with home gym equipment.

The elastic EVA material creates a more forgiving surface than training directly on a hard floor. This makes the mats suitable not only underneath equipment but also for selected floor exercises.

Installation
Simple Interlocking Assembly
Connect the puzzle-shaped edges of the individual mats until the required training area is covered. Finish the exposed outside edges with the supplied border pieces.
