When developing the barbell, we made sure that the natural posture of the hand is optimally supported when performing the various exercises. Thus, this barbell is ideally suited for so-called "French Flips".

Safe attachment = safe workout

To secure the weights, the triceps bar is equipped with two fasteners with rubber bands and additional star fasteners. The weights are tightened with the rubber bands and the star locks are screwed to the weight plate as far as they will go. The weights are reliably protected against slipping or falling down even during dynamic exercises.
