The fork holder is shaped so that you can safely place the weight rack from any position, no matter if you train sitting or standing. In addition, the double locking system with a clamping screw and a stable locking bolt, provides additional safety.

Even when training with heavy weights, the weight rack and bench offers reliable support. High-quality, sound-insulating, material has been used. This dampens the noise when placing the barbells and reliably prevents scratches on the barbell stand set.
