First of all - Pull-Ups
Every trainer knows that you can’t define your back muscles without pull-ups. A narrow grip will further strengthen your upper chest, shoulders and a wide grip will allow you to focus on your back. Simply turn the knob and extend the grip – customize it the way you want!
Second - Dips
This is definitely one of our favourite exercises. Allowing you to develop and define your triceps quickly, you can look forward to showing off your hard work and much deserved gains. On our handrail, simply change the direction of the grip (again, just turn the knob) and start your training.
Huge storage potential
One of the main points, when designing our rod, was ease of storage. In this, we succeeded one hundred percent. Again, all it takes is a few turns of the knob to fold the arms of the equipment so you can store it where it won't bother anyone. Once folded, it will take up about 19cm of height.
Do not forget about your belly
What is “the dream silhouette” without well developed and visible abdominal muscles... In K-SPORT, we are aware of that, that is why the handrail is equipped with special armrests and a backrest. Additionally, you can adjust the length of the handles to the length of your arms to train comfortably.
Mounting
The wall hooks are fixed on a total of four wall plugs. Their size and appearance allow them to be mounted even in the living room, as they are unobtrusive. They protrude only 2.5 cm from the wall, which makes it easy to hide them with a photo frame or any other wall decoration. The set includes two hooks, but you can easily add another two to the basket. When exercising on one pair of hooks, the height of the equipment must be chosen so that you can exercise your abdominals and pull-ups. By investing in two pairs, you can choose the height to suit your specific requirements.
