The chin up and dip bar, is designed to be mounted on a Swedish ladder. It has two mounting methods, so you can use it as a pull-up bar or a handrail for dips.

The device in a chin up bar configuration, allows for a comprehensive workout of the arms, back, abs and chest. The main bar sits 60cm from the wall, giving you plenty of room for a variety of exercises. As many as three pairs of handles, in the bar position, give you a range of exercises you can perform. The rubber handles, protect your hands from contact with metal, making your grip secure and safe.

It only takes a minute to transform into a dip bar! In this position, you can perform dips, push-ups, leg extensions and many other exercises. The extendable handles, allow you to adjust the distance to the length of your arms.
Solid mounting
High-quality welded hooks for fast and safe installation on the ladder. You won’t find such a solution at other manufacturers! The device is made of a high quality, polish powder coated steel, resistant to scratches, weather and chemical agents.
Versatile handles
The dip handles can be extended up to 16 cm (the maximum extension length from the wall is almost 72 cm). This allows you to adjust the distance to your individual needs or the type of exercise you are doing.
Additional boxing accessories
The chin up bar and dip bar is also equipped with a hook-clamp, which allows you to suspend boxing accessories such as a pearl, bag or reflex ball.
