Step 1 - INITIAL POSITION
P1Grasp the pull-up bar with a shoulder-width overhand, underhand, or neutral grip – choose the grip that allows you the most strength and stability.
P2Use abdominal engagement to address any grip strength issues.
P3Hang straight down, with your arms and legs fully extended.

Step 2 - EXECUTION
A1Tighten your abdominal muscles.
A2Raise your fully extended legs off the ground, forming a 90-degree angle with your abdomen and thighs.
A3Hold the position for one minute.
A4Flex your legs slightly if the strength in your abdominal muscles decreases and your core muscles begin to tremble. If you encounter grip strength issues and need to stop before your abdominal muscles are fully exhausted, you can address this with abdominal loops.
