Swedish Ladder Wall Bars With Dip Bar & Pull Up
This is a unique training set for complex training sessions - the basis is the KSSL095 wall bars, to which the KSSL080 pull-up bar with dip station has been added.

The swedish ladder wall bars, are perfect for effective strength training and can also be used for warming up and stretching. Thanks to the dip station with pull-up bar, you have almost unlimited possibilities to train your body.
Flexible training
The swedish ladder wall bars, form the basis for strength training, warming up and stretching and are therefore an all-rounder in the home gym. Exercises on the wall bars are a particularly natural workout in which you work with your own body weight. The training simultaneously works many muscle groups, strengthens the grip and increases the range of motion of joints and ligaments.
Compact gym for the home
Expand your workout routine: with the pull-up bar, professional back, shoulder and abdominal training are all possible. The distance between the pull-up bar and the wall bars is 60 centimetres, ensuring optimal training comfort.
Optimal design
Conveniently designed down to the last detail: You can use the pair of handles on the pull-up bar for a wide variety of exercises. The widest grip distance is 110 centimetres, the middle 60 centimetres and the narrowest 20 centimetres. This allows you to train different muscle groups. For example, the wide grip spacing, is perfect for strengthening the entire back muscles and with the narrow grip spacing, you can train the inner back muscles.
Bar for dips and abdominal training
The bar is equipped with adjustable handles. Exercises like dips and leg lifts are ideal for strengthening triceps and abs. You can optimally adjust the handles to your individual body size and your respective exercises because they can be extended by up to 16 centimetres - in this case, the distance to the swedish ladder wall bars is 72 centimetres.
Easy conversion
Maximum flexibility: The multifunctional training device, can be easily converted from a pull-up bar, to a bar, during the workout by simply hooking the dip station into the wall bars.
Advanced training possibilities
We have also equipped the pull-up bar with a clamping hook. You can attach a punching bag, an expander or TRX bands, for example, and thus expand your training with a variety of exercises for all muscle groups.
