During training, you benefit from the stable construction and the defined movement path and can optimally concentrate on the correct execution of each exercise.
Professional training
The Smith Machine is a first-class training machine that meets the requirements of a professional gym. Typical for this training machine, is the guided movement of the barbell bar with the weights, which is done in an ideal perpendicular line to the floor. This maximises the effectiveness of each exercise, as the effort is applied in both the concentric and eccentric phases of each repetition. In doing so, the Smith Machine prevents incorrect movement patterns such as carelessly lowering the barbell or "throwing up" the weight. Instead, each repetition is precisely absorbed by the muscles and injuries are prevented.
Versatile exercises
The Smith Machine is most commonly used for bench presses in the horizontal or incline position to strengthen the chest and triceps. However, you can also use this training machine to strengthen your shoulders with the overhead press in a seated position or to get your leg and gluteal muscles in shape with squats. Shoulder raises and hip thrusts are just some of the many other exercises that this functional training machine makes possible.
Stable construction
The construction of the training equipment was designed for maximum stability and the base is equipped with a double frame and additional reinforcements. You can be sure that the Smith Machine will neither tip over nor fall down even during intensive training.
Optimum control of movement
Full control in every situation: the holders for placing the barbell can be positioned differently. This makes it possible to perform exercises with very small ranges of motion, as is necessary, for example, for standing calf raises with a load or shoulder raises. Special bearings ensure that the Smith Machine moves smoothly and safely.
Perfect hold
Thanks to the grooves on the barbell, a perfect grip is guaranteed and it is ensured that the barbell does not slip out of your hand in any situation.
Safe training
Safety is a top priority: the well thought-out training machine minimises the risk of injury because all screws are secured with rubber pads. There are no sharp edges because all metal parts have been carefully rounded. In addition, the machine is equipped with rubber sheaths at the base so that slipping during training or scratching the floor is prevented.

Use:
This training device should only be used by adults! Extreme, incorrect and/or unplanned training can cause damage to health! Always start the training sessions with a low load and increase it evenly and gently during the training. You should warm up sufficiently before training.
Maintenance and care:
Check all parts for damage and tight fit before each use. If necessary, clean the appliance with a damp cloth and mild soap. Wipe with clean water and allow to dry completely before use.
Disposal:
This appliance should NOT be disposed of with household waste. For proper disposal, please contact the public collection points in your community.
DIFFICULTY LEVEL:
P2Lie down on the flat bench with your back, the barbell should be positioned over your nipples.
P3Grasp the barbell slightly wider than shoulder-width and engage your chest and abdominal muscles.
P4Lift the weight and unhook it from the racks.
A2Lower the weight until it's just above your chest, reaching the maximum stretch of your chest muscles.
A3Press the barbell powerfully and directly back up.
A4Perform several repetitions.
