High-quality training stand
You will notice that everything has been thought of in this construction. The dumbbell and barbell rack is height adjustable. Four locking holes, placed at 10 cm intervals from a height of 34 cm, allows you to perfectly adjust the training stand to your body size and the many different exercises in your workout regime.
Training safely
Safe training: The holders for the barbells are made of three-millimetre-thick steel and are thus reliably protected against bending or damage. In order to block the barbell, when it is placed down dynamically, preventing it from falling down, the front part of the holder is longer than the part facing the exerciser. The holders are also wide enough to use dumbbells from different manufacturers with a diameter of four to five centimetres.
Sturdy frame
An additionally reinforced frame with non-slip rubber pads guarantees the maximum stability of the training equipment.
Maximum safety
Once you’ve decided on a training height, the dumbbell and barbell rack is double-locked: with a clamping screw and a locking bolt. On the one hand, this allows a quick adjustment of the height during the workout and on the other hand, it ensures maximum safety.
