Leg workout

P1Lie face down on the flat bench, with your knees positioned right in front of the middle cushion.
P2Place one of your lower legs between the middle and upper cushions, so that your heels rest against the upper cushion.

A - EXECUTION
A1Exhale and press against the upper cushion, attempting to bring your heels as close as possible to your thighs.
A2Ensure that your upper body and pelvic bone maintain constant contact with the cushion.
A3Hold your lower legs at the point of greatest contraction for a brief moment.
A4Lower your lower legs slowly and in a controlled manner. Inhale while doing so.
