Safe training
Safety is a priority: the most important function of the folding weight bench with dip station, is the safe placement of a barbell during presser exercises. This is achieved with two height-adjustable J-hooks and two safety hooks welded to the guide stands. The height adjustment, is securely fixed with the red safety cotter pin.
Stable stand
Rubber feet ensure optimal stability during training while also protecting the floor.

Maximum variety: The height-adjustable shelves of the training bench have also been equipped with rubberised dip handles so that you can always change your workout. Thanks to the triple adjustable inclination angle (7 degrees, 0 degrees/horizontal, -18 degrees) you can train different muscle parts precisely and effectively. While the 7-degree incline is ideal for strengthening the entire chest muscles, the -18-degree incline is the perfect solution for training the arms and upper chest muscles at the same time.

Use:
This training device should only be used by adults! Extreme, incorrect and/or unplanned training can cause damage to health! Always start the training sessions with a low load and increase it evenly and gently during the training. You should warm up sufficiently before training.
Maintenance and care:
Check all parts for damage and tight fit before each use. If necessary, clean the appliance with a damp cloth and mild soap. Wipe with clean water and allow to dry completely before use.
Disposal:
This appliance should NOT be disposed of with household waste. For proper disposal, please contact the public collection points in your community.
DIFFICULTY LEVEL:
Step 2Place both feet firmly on the floor, with a slight arch in your lower back.
Step 3Retract your shoulder blades, raising your chest.
Step 4Hold the barbell slightly wider than shoulder-width and lift it from the rack.
Step 2Lower it slowly and controlled by pushing your elbows outwards.
Step 3Lower the weight down to your chest.
Step 4Press the barbell back up in a straight line.
