We have optimised the construction of this cable cross over machine so that perfect stability is guaranteed even during jerky weight drops. No matter which muscle groups, whether back training via cable crossover, biceps and triceps with a simple cable pulley, only you set the limits of what is possible.

Use the upper handles of the double-sided cable cross tower to perform exercises for training the biceps and chest muscles. The two lower handles are ideal for strengthening the shoulders. Of course, you can use each cable pulley separately and increase strength and endurance with cable curls or front pulls. This versatile training device always motivates you to do new workouts - boredom in bodybuilding is now a thing of the past.
Individual intensity
Precise load through innovative technology: the weight holders are equipped with plastic grommets for optimal smoothness, making your workout comfortable, safe and enjoyable. With the choice of weights, you individually determine the intensity of your workout. The bar is 50 centimetres long (25 centimetres per side). The diameter of the weight holders is 21.3 millimetres so that you can use weights from different manufacturers.
Controlled training
Controlled movements: Rubber buffers, at the end of the ropes, ensure safety during training - even if you suddenly let go, the bar and rope will remain in the correct position and you can continue training without delay.
Increase stability
Increase stability for maximum safety: You can maximise the stability of the cable cross over machine by fixing it to the ground with mounting anchors. The mounting anchors, for the cable cross over machine, must be adapted to the respective ground and are therefore not included in the scope of delivery.
Safe training
To increase safety, the upper frame has been additionally reinforced with four solid bolts. Each bolt is secured with a rubber cover so that accidental impacts do not lead to injuries.
Includes pull-up bar
In order to extend the training possibilities, we have equipped the cable cross over machine with a pull-up bar. The bar is simply shaped and allows you to perform pull-ups with narrow or wider grip spacing. The attachment of the pull-up bar to the steel profile provides additional stability.

The cable pulleys of the cable cross over machine are also equipped with high-quality ball bearings so that a smooth movement is possible and you can perform your exercises in a coordinated manner.
