Using an inclined bar, as an alternative to a straight bar, makes a noticeable difference too. It is an ideal piece of equipment for precise training of the biceps and triceps as well as your back muscles. The anatomical spacing can also help you perform exercises without straining your wrists.
Reliable grip
The attachment is equipped with a pair of comfortable rubber grips helping keep you stable throughout the exercise. The oblique handle, can even be mounted to any K-SPORT pulley.
