The punching bag holder, allows you to have a boxing training station on any gymnastics ladder. Due to the large distance of the punch bag hook from the wall, the bag will not meet any obstacles and will return to its starting position no matter the force you apply. The frame is attached to 3 heavy-duty hooks that must be hung on the ladder. The oblique supports, give the structure maximum rigidity - a very important quality to ensure your boxing training is effective.

Fixing
The frame has been specially designed to minimize the movement of the equipment during use. To do this, a special hook is used which is placed opposite to the upper hooks. It is essential in giving the frame its excellent rigidity as it presses the whole holder tight against the ladder.

The holder has been additionally equipped with rubber inserts for the mounting hooks.
