Pull-up bar and dip station in one
This device is a practical combination of a dip station and a pull-up bar for wall mounting. Thanks to two different mounting options, you can use the training device either as a pull-up bar or as a dip bar and convert it in a few minutes.
Mount the device as a pull-up bar...
With this training device you get a practical pull up dip bar combination. In the configuration as a pull-up bar, the device offers you a variety of possibilities to train arms, shoulders, back and chest. A wall clearance of 60 centimetres ensures that you have plenty of space for varied workouts.
...or as a dip station
You can also use the device as a bar: In just a few minutes, you can transform your pull-up bar into a wall-mounted dip station. Now you can do dips, bar supports, leg stretches and many other exercises. Thanks to the height-adjustable handles, the distance can be individually adjusted to the arm length.
Stable wall mounting
The pull up dip bar was designed with robustness and safety in mind. Wall-mounted special hooks offer the option of attaching the device to the profile or to a bar pipe. A rubber layer provides stability and cushioning for both options.
Adjustable bar handles
The dip bar handles can be extended, with a maximum distance to the wall of 72 centimetres. In this way, the distance can be adapted to individual needs or the type of exercise being performed.
A wide range of possibilities
Three pairs of grips at intervals of 20, 60 and 100 centimetres offer a variety of ways to train on the pull-up bar and exercise different muscle groups in the process.
Additional boxing training
You want even more variety? No problem: a solid hook clamp allows you to attach a punching bag or reflex ball. Even more variety with a compact training tool is hardly possible.
