Height adjustment
Choose the height to suit your needs. Adjustable up to four levels, it will provide the perfect fit for every foot size.
Simple but brilliant
Two metal thumbscrews, will ensure that you can change the height at any time with literally only a few hand movements. Unscrew the upper part to put a stabilising load on the tube. The metal plate has holes in it so that it can be fixed to the floor - then you can exercise even without the load on! The diameter of the load tube is 27 mm.

This appliance should NOT be disposed of with household waste. For proper disposal, please contact the public collection points in your community.
