Various training possibilities
Each bar is equipped with four handles that are covered with non-slip perforated rubber. This offers many possibilities to perform different exercises. Each individual handle is 17 centimetres long, allowing you to comfortably grip with your entire hand.
Stable Montage
The high-quality multigrip pull up bar has a stable construction and is attached to the wall or ceiling with six robust dowels. Before mounting, make sure that the wall or ceiling is suitable for mounting exercise equipment.
Flexible positioning of the handles
The positioning of the handles ensures an ergonomic posture of the hands and reduces the risk of injuries. You can also adjust the handles by 35 centimetres each and lock them in the desired position with a special toggle handle.
